A bit about me....
Professional & therapeutic mobile massage practitioner (advanced) & freelance spa therapist based in Penzance, Cornwall
I have 15 years experience in 5 star spas and also have been running my own private practice in Cornwall since I first qualified as a massage practitioner in 2004 in therapeutic deep tissue massage.
I now run my own mobile spa and mobile massage service and still deliver a 5 star service and experience to my clients. I have continued my professional development and added many other therapies over the past 15 years too. I have a list of all the therapies I offer below. I focus on natural therapies, I am a holistic practitioner and I only use high quality, ethical organic products which are both cruelty free and vegan/vegetarian friendly too.

My story and journey....
I moved back to Cornwall in 2000 after spending about 10 years in my 20's living in the USA working as a project manager in the Marketing & Advertising industry, living & working in both Boston and New York.
After coming back to my hometown and settling down in Cornwall, I had my beautiful daughter, Matilda in 2001. In 2004, I decided to completely change my career path with something to fit in with my new family life and to better fulfill me and so I went on to start the beginning of that journey and completed my Access to Nursing course. I then went on to start my degree in nursing in Cornwall at the Knowledge Spa in Truro.
After 2 years of degree level nurse training, I decided to change my training pathway in healthcare and so transferred courses and started my degree in Complementary Health Therapies in 2006..and so pursued a great passion of mine in bodywork, healing modalities and energy work and complementary and alternative medicine. I went straight on after completing my FdSc Complementary Health course and topped up to a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling Studies. Along the way I also attained several other professional qualifications throughout the 4 years intensive training. I then continued on to further advanced massage and sports training with CPD courses.
After finishing my BA I went straight onto my PGCE teacher training course, so that I may also become a facilitator and trainer in Comp Therapies and run my own workshops and training. I worked as a lecturer at 2 local colleges to teach both level 3 A & P & ITEC Aromatherapy and gain experience whilst I also built my private practice up, which is now established in my little corner of cornwall.
After I was made redundant from my 2 lecturers jobs, I then decided to return to focus solely on my own private practice with my local client base and to also launch my new business idea and started to develop and grow my "mobile spa" concept and grow this side of my business. This was a great journey and my business has now been established for the past 15 years I am proud to say. I continue to manage a balance of my own local private practice with my local clients and my very popular and luxury 5 star mobile spa service to local homes & holiday homes too.
This career is very fulfilling and I am lucky to have the opportunity to work in many different locations offering my bespoke spa and a therapeutic mobile massage service to holiday homes, local hotels, yoga retreats, surf camps and also to my own local clients. I offer a wide range of therapeutic massage treatments bringing the spa experience directly to you wherever you are in SW Cornwall.
