Organic Aromatherapy Detoxifying Massage with Lymphatic Drainage
This is a very relaxing and aromatic massage using organic essential oils and warmed oils and facial balms. The aromatherapy blend is bespoke and blended especially for you as I am a fully qualified Aromatherapist. I also often also use a Neal's Yard blend like 'Women's Balance' which is a beautiful blend of rose, frankincense, geranium, orange, clary sage and patchouli.
The massage consists of stimulation of the lymphatic system & pressure point techniques which helps speed up the process of fluid elimination, increases immune system function and speeds up the removal of toxins from the system. Excellent for fluid retention, lymphatic congestion and overall immune booster - A very soothing, relaxing & detoxifying massage.

Hot 'Basalt Lava Stones' Massage
This is a luxury spa massage using warm organic oils and hot basalt lava stones or otherwise known as "Hot Rocks". The stones are heated and placed upon the person to warm and heat the muscles before and during the massage. The heat of the stones are soothing and relaxing and enhance the effect of the massage. The warmth of the stones allow a deeper penetration of the muscles and is a good alternative to deep tissue massage as it has the same effect but is more relaxing. Deeper tissue work can be done with the trigger point stones which are very effective in working out chronic knots and tension. A warming and energising and highly detoxifying massage

Bespoke Neal's Yard Organic Facial
Organic & bespoke, my luxurious holistic facials using ethically sourced Neal's Yard Remedies products. Pressure point and facial lymphatic drainage techniques are used, boosting circulation and nourishing the skin and facial muscles using only pure organic products made from infusions of flowers and herbs. Beautiful aromatic and gentle products that are nourishing and deeply hydrating. Skin type is analysed and organic products used accordingly. Stimulates cell regeneration and lymphatic fluid elimination. Scalp massage can also be incorporated if client wishes. Creates a beautiful glowing skin.

A beautiful, bespoke & organic holistic facial using Neal's Yard Remedies. This facial includes hot steamed flannels, natural flower and herbal based infused facial scrubs and cleansers and organic wild rose or neroli, orange blossom facial oil for face massage. This extended facial treatment also includes foot massage with hot oils, scrubs and a complete 'top to toe' full body warm aromatherapy oil massage too. A warmed oil treatment in the hair to finish with a full scalp massage if you wish. Facial massage includes fingertip pressure point (Marma) techniques.
